Lula Janos was an exceptional person. And she is still unusal even after her death. You probably have heard about her one way or another. Maybe from her controversial art installation at the Zurich airport. Or, more recently when she was detained in Russia along with other protesters.

Lula has passed away a couple of weeks ago. Besides her various installations, she kept many pieces at her place in Ticino. She left a large part of her art work to the Museum of Contemporary Art in Lugano. But, with a twist… Her great work pieces were not delivered to the Museum. They ended up in a unknown place. The only thing that appeared in the Museum was a note from Lula that the pieces must be found. The museum is now trying to find it the pieces. This hunt became known as Lula’s final installation, aka Lula’s Legacy.
